To fix scanning problems:

For Windows:

  1. Download the HP Print and Scan Doctor (HPPSdr.exe).

  2. Run the downloaded file.

  3. Click "Start" and select your printer/scanner. If it's not listed, ensure it's on and click "Retry."

  4. Follow the tool's instructions for any connection problems.

  5. Click "Fix Scanning."

Use the "Diagnose & Fix" feature within HP Smart
