Troubleshooting Printer Issues with HP Print and Scan Doctor
The HP Print and Scan Doctor can help resolve printer offline issues and stuck print jobs.
For Windows:
Download the HP Print and Scan Doctor (HPPSdr.exe).
Run the downloaded file.
Click "Start" and select your printer. If it's not listed, ensure it's on and click "Retry."
Follow the tool's instructions for connection problems.
Enable printer updates and set your printer as the default when prompted.

To fix stuck print jobs and other printing problems, follow steps 1-4, then click "Fix Printing."
For Mac:
Use the "Diagnose & Fix" feature in HP Smart.
